In 1998, pianist and composer Bruno Sanfilippo, along with his wife Ximena Contreras, founded ad21, their own record label, as a refuge for their artistic expression. Over the years, ad21, based in Barcelona, has released more than 30 albums, both solo and collaborative, in physical and digital formats. Bruno performed solo piano concerts in major European capitals, establishing himself as a prominent presence in the neoclassical music and piano scene.

In September 2024, ad21 embarked on a new and bold chapter by opening its doors to pianists from around the world, thus expanding its platform and artistic reach. ad21 has become a record label specializing in neoclassical music, with a particular emphasis on the captivating 88-key instrument, the piano.

Together, they envision ad21 as an enriching space where artists can find a supportive community and the necessary resources to elevate their music to its full potential.
